Producer of ifilm's ‘Relatively Bad Guys’ dies

Kamal Tabatabaee, producer of ifilm series ‘Relatively Bad Guys’, passes away at the age of 58.

Seyyed-Kamal Tabatabaee, the producer of ifilm series ‘Relatively Bad Guys’, has passed away at the age of 58.

The Iranian producer died after cardiac arrest in Taleqani Hospital in Tehran on Wednesday.

He was hospitalized over kidney problems, but ended up dying of cardiac arrest, the Iranian director Mohammad-Hossein Latifi told Iranian media outlets.

Tabatabaee produced many films and series, including 'Heart of Ice' and 'Season Salad'.

A funeral for the late producer will reportedly be held on Friday.

The producer lost his son, Seyyed-Ali, who was an actor, about four years ago.

Ali took part in a number of series, including 'Relatively Bad Guys', 'A Mother's Song' and 'The Chef'.

In 2015, Ali passed away due to cardiac arrest as well.
